There are thirty days until graduation. Thirty. I’m just thinking until the day I graduate but for those of us that are not graduating the semester is less than thirty days. Regardless of what the exact amount of days in the semester is, everyone is scrabbling to complete final assignments and stressing that there are not enough hours in the day to get everything turned in… or are they? I know there are points in the day where I could be doing work but really I’m wasting time doing the most random things and not thinking about it. I think it just gets to the point in the year where the work overload needs to be stopped for a few hours and some fun that doesn’t take dressing up or driving somewhere needs to occur. Fun that doesn’t take too much brainpower, but kicking one’s feet up and chillaxing. What a better way to relax and bum it than by coming to see The Good Lie in Miller Hall on Wednesday, April 15th at 7:00pm? Watching a movie is a nice middle of the week break to recharge and it’s on campus!
So instead of wasting your time on social networks come be productive by sitting and watching a great movie featuring someone we all know, Reese Witherspoon, while learning a little something about the Lost Boys of Sudan and their journey across Africa. You won’t regret the short one hundred ten minute break from all the work that you don’t want to do anyways! I know I’m going to take the break and watch, so come please join me!
